Nook&Kin ("we", "us", "our") is a parenting brand based in Ireland. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website nookandkin.com or interact with our emails and products.

We only collect what we need to deliver our service:
- Name โ so we can address you personally in our emails
- Email address โ so we can send you the resources, content, and product information you've signed up for
- Payment information โ when you purchase a product, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details ourselves.
We do not collect any other personal data, sensitive data, or information about children.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Send you the free resource you've requested (e.g. our cheat sheet)
- Deliver email content related to parenting, sleep, and our products
- Fulfil purchases you make from us
- Respond to questions or support requests

How long we keep your data
- Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then we remove your data within 30 days
- Customers: purchase records are kept for 7 years to meet Irish Revenue requirements
- Inactive subscribers: we may remove subscribers who haven't engaged with our emails for 24+ months
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Object to processing
- Request your data be sent to another provider (data portability)

Unsubscribing
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our email list immediately.
